SQB series aluminium frames are all screw joint aluminium frames. Aluminum pipes with diameter of 50 mm and thickness of 3 mm are used in the main pipe (there are two kinds of thick pipes and reinforced pipes in the main pipe). According to the different ways of installing screw, it can be divided into square-to-square butt joint and aluminum plate butt joint. Although their connection modes are different, their functions are all for the butt joint between aluminum frames. The screw needed for docking: In order to ensure safety, we are equipped with 8.8 grade high strength large head screw, and also with 5 mm thick gasket. We have a manual sleeve in the installation tool. If you want to improve the installation speed, we can also provide you with electric sleeve, which can greatly improve your installation efficiency.
