PRY-FM1100 Fully Automatic Laminating Machine Features PRY-FM1100 fully automatic thermal lamination machine is designed
for thermal (pre-coated) lamination,easy to use without glue
coating unit.Features high automation,high laminating speed,high
accuracy,electrical appliance is centralized by programmable
system,touch screen easy to operate,with high cost-performance. 1.Automatic High Speed Feeder Adopt high speed pneumatic offset feeder,speed up to
120m/min.Pre-stacking system can realize non-stop feeding,obviously
improving work efficiency. 2.High Accuracy Lap Control Servo-controlled lap within ±2mm,synchronizes with feeder,high
accuracy front lay and pneumatic side lay regulator ensure accurate
and stable position. 3.Automatic Shutdown Protection System Equipped with photoelectrically controlled automatic shutdown
protection devices,in case of paper shortage, paper broken and
paper overlap. 4.Thermal Laminating System The 360mm diameter mirror laminating roller is equipped with
electromagnetic heating device,can realize high speed booting and
heating,2 times heating performance than traditional oil heating
device meanwhile save much power consumption. 5.Automatic Hydraulic System The hydraulic system automatically provides stable and large
pressure to ensure high quality of lamination. 6.Man-machine Interface System Equipped with color touch screen,easy and convenient to operate.The
operator can view the machine's working status at any time from the
touch screen. 7.Air Shaft and Tension Control System Adopt air shaft, easy to load film,accurate film position by the
graduation of the air shaft.At the same time the intelligent
tension system easy to control the tension of film,increase
laminating performance. 8.Slitting System Adopt disc knife,coordinated with pneumatic pull and separating
device,can slit BOPP and OPP film perfectly.(If you use PET or
metalized film/foil,we have Chain knife slitting machine optional.) 9.Anti-Curvature System Adopt corrugated delivery and anti-curvature system,especially
designed for thin paper, avoid paper curvature. 10.Automatic Stacker Equipped with IR sensor,automatically count the
sheets.Three-direction high speed pneumatic stacker can collect the
sheets automatically and flat without stopping. Technical Parameters
Configuration Feeder Part Equipped with high-speed offset feeder and chain drive non-stop
pre-stacking system, it can realize high-speed and non-stop
continuous paper feeding and greatly improve the production
efficiency.The machine adopts man-machine interactive control
buttons for easy operation. Delivery Platform Equipped with high-precision paper stop front regulator and side
regulator,the paper is accurately positioned,and the lap
positioning is accurate with small error.The flexibly adjustable
paper pressing wheel groups can adapt to different sizes of paper
to ensure stable paper feeding.At the same time,non-static
stainless steel pattern platen is adopted to ensure fast and smooth
paper feeding, with nice appearance. Hot Powder Cleaner (Optional) Hot powder cleaning device can remove the printing powders from
paper surface,especially for dark paper,much improve the laminating performance. Lamination Main PartThe core lamination part adopts a 360mm diameter of high-precision
steel cylinder, equipped with the latest electromagnetic heating
technology.The heating efficiency is higher,the temperature control
is more stable,and the coating quality is effectively improved.The
300mm diameter of high-precision rubber lamination cylinder adopts
high-grade rubber materials,and the surface is smooth and flat to
ensure the laminating quality. The air shaft is marked with scale,to load film easily.There is an
inflatable gas gun for air shaft.The tension of the film roll can
be easily adjusted through the tension controller.The waste film
slitting blade can slit film freely which is out of paper size. Equipped with color human-computer interaction touch screen,the
interface is simple and easy to operate.The operator can view the
working state of the machine at any time through the display
screen,and easily set and adjust various parameters. Slitting Part Adopt disc knife,coordinate with pneumatic pull and separating
system,can slit BOPP and OPP film perfectly.(If you use PET or
metalized film,there is chain knife and hot knife cutting device
optional) Chain Knife(Optional) High speed chain knife slitting, designed for PET and thin foil,can
slit most material of films such as PET,PVC,BOPP,aluminized film
and so on without tail film.Easy to adjust by inputting data to the
setting panel. The paper anti-curvature mechanism can solve the problem of curling
that may occur after lamination of thin paper,so as to make the
paper more flat and facilitate the subsequent slitting and
stacking. Stacking Part The automatic paper stacker can stack single or multiple sheets at
the same time.The paper is stacked neatly,which is convenient for
transportation and subsequent processing.The stacked paper can be
counted automatically through the infraredsensor. Equipped with the latest automatic stacking board exchanging
technology,it can automatically output and receive paper when the paper stacking capacity is almost full,which greatly saves the man
hours required for manual board exchanging,and significantlyimproves the work efficiency. |
