adaptable to diverse foil stamping requirements. (1) The entire machine utilizes Q235 carbon steel.The body wall
panels undergo special processing for high strength,permanent
dimensional stability,and structural safety. (2) Equipped with
imported Taiwanese ball screws to ensure precise movement.The main
servo includes overload protection,and the timing belt features
fracture protection. Automatically halts upon external impact to
minimize damage to the body/feeding accuracy and prevent
malfunctions. (3) Main unit employs imported genuine bearings. (4) Critical components integrate imported electrical parts(e.g.,
Omron [Japan],Schneider [France]). (5) Foil stamping accuracy:±0.1mm;Maximum speed:1,800 sheets/hour. (6) Features printyoung’s automatic pressure adjustment system for

structural design makes the hot stamping more stable and less prone
to tilting.The high-frequency quenching depth of the spindle core
reaches 0.5 millimeters,and the surface is plated with hard
chromium,which is durable and wear-resistant. Paper Transfer PartThe horizontal paper feeding device adopts servo motor
control,which is more efficient and accurate. Safety Protection PartThis machine is equipped with a safety protection grating.Once an
object is detected approaching during machine operation,the machine
will sound an alarm and shut down to protect the safety of the
