PRY-1100 Automatic Cardboard Laminating Machine Features PRY-1100 fully automatic cardboard laminating machine,using new
type feeder vacuum paper guide to face paper and body paper
separately,and adopting overlap paper feed way, so paper feed
process are more steady and precise.Pasting to the body paper is
based on different surface paper equipment,so we can adjust
thickness system, even if the machine is running,the pasting will
still keep thinner and evener,therefore,it achieves effevts of
increasing work efficiency and saving glue water.Couple high
strength grip paper compound roller to locate,paste,first press the
face and body paper,then the two paper will be pressed four times
by strong pressing in roller to delivery stacker,at last the
products will be piled in three sided even way,and height of the
piled papers can reach 1650mm.This machine adopts Siemens PLC
programmable controller,multipoled pressure,automatic control
hydraulic station.The finished product is not only precise in
laminating,but also very firm and even.Meanwhile,they will directly
enter into next process such as die cutting without glue
