Tray and Sleeve Paper Box:

Tray and sleeve cardboard box is a special type of slip rigid box. This box consisits of an outer cover(can be sleeves) and an inner tray. It can be made of cardboard paper(6000g - 1600g, unfoldable) or coated paper(350g - 450g, foldable). There will be a ribbon pull attached on the tray  to help consumers to easily slide the tray out. Usually, there will be an inserted tray(foam or paper tray) to protect and secure the products.  This paper box can be used as a presentation box for the luxury up-scale products.

Raw material (paper / accessaries) samples are free to check the design and paper quality, and you just need to pay for the DHL express fee.

Customized sample will cost you $100-$150 /design to cover the cost on film and printing procedure. The customized sample cost is refundable after confirm this order.

1. Question: Could I start the small quantity as a trial order, such like 500 pcs - 1000 pcs ?

Answer: We are a factory of making paper packaging products , all of our products are customized according to our clients’ requirements. The setup fee for our machines for bulk production is high, so it is better to start at 3000pcs for the mass production. If you want check the quality and service, we could do that for you as the samples order.

2. Question: Can I have the samples to have a check ?

Answer: As for the sample, there are two choices. First, we could provide the free samples that we have for you to check the quality and you need to pay for the express fee. Second, we can make customized sample box for you according to your requirements. The customized sample fee is about USD$150 per design plus shipping fee. We can make it the same as what you want.

3. Question: Can I get the price of this product?

Answer: The price is based on the quantity, specification and the design. Before we quote the price, we need to confirm these details.

4. Question: Are your products are food grade packaging ?
