The Curved sensor is an important accessory of the roughness meter
and is mainly used to measure the surface roughness of curved
workpieces.
Functional features
Measuring curved surfaces: It can measure the surface roughness of
workpieces with concave and convex curved surfaces with a curvature
radius greater than 3mm, and can also be used to measure suitable
planes and cylindrical surfaces, expanding the measurement range of
the roughness meter.
Use in conjunction with the platform: Generally, the TA620
measurement platform needs to be used in conjunction with the
measurement platform to ensure the accuracy and stability of the
measurement.
High-precision measurement: Some surface sensors have a relatively
high measurement accuracy, with a measurement accuracy of up to
0.001μm.
