Non-ferromagnetic materials U-shaped through-hole Eddy Current Probe
The eddy current sensor is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. It generates an alternating magnetic field through a coil. When approaching a conductive object, the magnetic field will induce eddy currents on the object's surface. The reverse magnetic field produced by the eddy currents will change the impedance of the coil. By measuring the impedance change, the characteristics of the object being measured can be inferred, such as surface cracks, material sorting, thickness measurement, etc., making it suitable Eddy current probes are classified into internal penetration type, external penetration type and point type. According to different industry application scenarios, the appropriate classification probes are selected. Their application scenarios are extensive, covering multiple industrial fields.
