Medium frequency vibration calibration system configuration scheme 1. General description The scheme mainly realizes the automatic/manual calibration of the sensitivity, linearity, amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of the vibration sensor, and forms the corresponding test report. The system is simple in structure, easy to operate and use, and conforms to JJG233-2008 "Verification Regulations for piezoelectric acceleration Sensors", GB/T20485.21-2007/ISO16063-21:2003 "Calibration methods for Vibration and shock sensors Part 21 Comparison method Vibration Calibration", "JJG 134-2003 Testing and calibration requirements such as Verification Regulations for magnetoelectric Speed Sensors and Verification Regulations for JJG 676-2000 Working vibrometer.
2. Main performance Available frequency range: 5Hz-10kHz; Available vibration amplitude: 0-± 700m/s2; Can accurately verify/calibrate voltage, charge, IEPE output acceleration, speed and other sensors and vibration tester. Support point-by-point comparison method, sinusoidal sweep frequency method, random excitation method and shock excitation method and other verification/calibration methods.
3. Basic composition The scheme is composed of standard accelerometer, low noise charge amplifier, small vibration table, linear power amplifier, dynamic data collector and sensor characteristic test and control software. The automatic test and closed-loop control of sensor sensitivity, amplitude linearity and frequency response are realized by computer control.
Note: The accelerometer under test depends on the actual product, and the figure is only for reference of the charge output accelerometer.
4. Equipment technical parameters 4.1.Vibration table HG-5024M standard shaking table uses rare earth Ndfeb permanent magnet material; It has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, wide frequency range, reasonable structure and high reliability. Specially designed for vibration calibration, vibration test and vibration test of the standard vibration source, can be used as vibration sensor calibration, calibration and testing, can also be used for large and medium-sized instrument parts of the environmental vibration, fatigue test, small and medium-sized structure measurement of dynamic response, resonance frequency and mechanical impedance test, modal test.

4.3. Refer to the accelerometer HG-8305 reference accelerometer adopts center compression structure, good temperature characteristics, high long-term stability, strong impact resistance; Dual M5 (10-32 optional) installation at the bottom and top can realize the precision calibration of sensor sensitivity in back-to-back mode, standard vibration value transmission, and stable verification standard functions. Note: HG-8305 and HG-8102B charge amplifiers are used as vibration kits and can be used as reference accelerometers in accordance with JJG 233-2008 Verification Regulations for Piezoelectric accelerometers.
4.4. Low noise charge amplifier HG-8102B: a multi-mode low-noise charge amplifier with 4-bit sensor sensitivity normalization, with charge, voltage, IEPE and other three input modes, gain, high-pass, low-pass, and normalized multi-file options; Small size, high integration; Four sets of normalized decimal output (1.000~10.99pC/UNIT); Suitable for precision measurement and calibration.
4.5. Dynamic Data Collector (Controller) HG-9204H dynamic data collector is a 4-channel input and 2-channel output dynamic data collector with high sampling rate. It can be combined with HG-9800-02 basic measurement and control software to form a dynamic data acquisition system, and can also be combined with HG-9800-05 sensor characteristic test software to form a closed-loop vibration control system.
4.6. Sensor characteristic test and control system (Computer & software) HG-9800-05 Sensor Characteristics Test and control module: With our standard sensors, power amplifiers, standard shaking table, controller, etc., the sensitivity, amplitude linearity, frequency response of the acceleration sensor can be tested automatically, the frequency range can reach 40kHz, and the test report can be generated automatically. 1, point frequency test: can set any set of frequency and vibration amplitude value (can set acceleration, speed, displacement, etc.), automatically complete single point, multi-point vibration test and form a report; 2, sweep frequency test: set the reference frequency point, the upper and lower limit of the frequency point, and automatically realize the sensitivity and frequency response test; 3, random test (fast) : using random signals, quickly complete the frequency response test of vibration sensor; 4.
