FD-GT-1010 High Resolution TFT screen Digital Railway Ultrasonic
Flaw Detector Model FD-GT-1010 digital ultrasonic flaw detector is developed with
the leading technique in domestic market: square wave drive. Stable
in performance, portable in carriage, easy in operation, it's a
device of high price-to-cost. It is in accordance with new vessel
standard TSG R0004-2009 and with European Standard EN12668-1:2010. The screen equipped is assumed by 1/2-T-R high resolution TFT
screen (640×480), maintaining good working condition outdoors or in
intense sunlight. Power is supplied by battery of 6-8 hours life in
uninterrupted service. It only weighs 1.5kg. It is applicable in mobile or aerial working
field for petrifaction, pressure vessel, electricity power and

system to quickly reflect the signals of the flaws and interpret
them accurately to detail no matter how weak and small they are,
which ensures real-timeness and truthfulness of the echo signals.

penetratable with high signal-to-noise ratio when applied on high
attenuating materials or thick works. Adjustable drive pulse width,
drive voltage, and damping resistance are contributors to high
resolution of the device when used on thin works or composites.

Rail Welding-seam Purposed Tandem Scanner The rail welding-seam purposed tandem scanner--HSCQc1-H2 is
designed to detect inclusions, bores, rarefaction inside central
part of the welding seam of the rail cross-section. Features 1. The scanner is equipped with two probe chuckings movable towards
opposite direction. 2. Total soundpath remains in the steel piece of rail. 3. Put the scanner equipped with a pair of T-R probes to the
central part of the rail piece, and tune the knob as the probe will
move from the starting point of the ruler to the close-up, which
will accomplish the detection process from the head to bottom of
the cross-section of the welding seam. The depth of the flaw can be
read from the ruler. The scanner is absorptive to magnetic matters. 4. With simple structure, light weight and high durability.
Water-proofing bag is provided for convenient carry-on. 5. It can be matched up with any UT instrument with T-R connector
pairs. 6. More portable as coupled with model HUATEC FD-GT-1010 and
