HDPE Drip Irrigation Pipe Making machine/Dual Function

This pipe extrusion line is specially designed, to produce  HDPE pipes and also drip irrigation pipes, with lower investment cost but more productivity, dual function.

It's better choice if you are investing to make drip pipes. That HDPE pipes can be used as the main pipes, and that drip pipes for drip lateral.

With one same machine, you can produce below pipes.

1) 12-20mm drip irrigation pipes

2) 16-32mm HDPE pipes with marker lines

Main Technical Parameter

1) The die head is special designed, to produce drip irrigation pipes and normal HDPE pipes with one same die head . Simple mould changing, to produce different pipe types and sizes.

2) Filter screen changer is equipped , so certain percent of recycled materials can be used for saving production cost.

3) Small marker line extruder is included for that HDPE pipes.

4) Production speed for drip irrigation pipe is 15m/min, and for normal PE pipe without dripper is 20m/min.
