Double Strand PPR Water Pipe Production Line/PPR Pipe Extrusion Line

KAIDE factory has focused on plastic pipe extrusion technology for more than 20 years, especially for high speed pipe line and multi-layer composite pipe line. This double strand PPR pipe line is newly developed based on our years experience, which speed can be up to 40m/min, with most advanced technology. The produced pipe size range is 20mm, 25mm, 32mm.

1) Extruder: high efficient five-section type screw, ensuring the rapid plasticizing dispersion effect, and realizing the high speed production.

2) Die head: Double strand pipe extrusion die head mold is manufactured by imported CNC machine, with a pressure balance distribution device, in order to ensure the precise control of double extruded pipes in any condition.

3) Vacuum calibrating & cooling tank, tractor, cutter: The double strand pipe structure is specially applied in the vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off machine and cutting machine, with nice appearance and scientific design, which are very easy to operate and control.

4) Control system: SIEMENS PLC control system to ensure high precise & sync control of the while production line.
