Produced Pipe:

This plastic pipe production line is special designed to produce below kind of PE irrigation pipes:

1) 16-32mm HDPE pipes with marker lines

2) 16mm/20mm drip irrigation pipes with cylindrical dripper inside

Machine Design Features:

1) the die head is special designed. By simple mould changing, that drip irrigation pipe and HDPE pipe can be produced both. No need to add another sperate die head, which is quite convenient for daily production.

2) filter screen changer is equipped, so certain percent of recylced material can be used for produciton cost saving.

3) Sperical designed dripper inserting system with high precision dripper space; Dripper space is easily adjusted by imported controller.

4) Mechnical punching machine can identify dripper position automatically; standard 2 holes punching; 4 holes or 6 holes punching can also be desinged as per customers requrement.
