Backscatter Mobile System

The BMS is capable of imaging objects through their steel shell and observe the contents of automobile trunks and bulk contraband concealed beneath the steel body of vehicles.

Developed and Manufactured by PowerScan Company Limited, the Backscatter Mobile System(hereinafter refer to the BMS) , is an X-ray backscatter imaging mobile system mounted on a commercial van chassis.Under the unique work in mode of“Free Side-scan”, the BMS can be easily adopted to pre-screen cars as well as pedestrians by driving along si for identifying hidden contraband s or threats.The scanning images of the BMS can highlight the organic materials su ide, ic has drugs or plastic explosives obviously. The BMS can also function under the stationary working mode as pedestrians, cars or other vehicles passing by.Under the stationary working mode, the BMS is powered by onboard electrical generator or from Shore Power(local powersupply) . The BMS also supports a Laptop Remote for remote operation under the stationary working mode.
