Application and Features

Application: It is suitable to string single, two or four stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in high strength nylon. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings, the central sheave is specially strengthened for passing of steel wire rope. The frame is made in galvanized steel.

Note: Clevis fitting are optional, please specify when ordering. Customized blocks could be supplied on request. The data in the model means the outer diameter of sheave X width of sheave (mm).

Our 916 large diameter stringing block has the maximum suitable conductor LGJ720. In detail, the aluminum of this conducting wire can possess the largest cross section of up to 720 square millimeters. The dimension of block (outside diameter*root diameter*sheave width) is Φ916× Φ 800× 110 (mm).
