Description:
The HDG Electrical Steel Tubular Pole was designed as customer's
request. For Distribution and Transmission Line use. And with Base
Plate use Anchor Bolts to Install. Sections with 2 and use flange
to connect each segment. The hot dip galvanized in accordance with
ASTM 123 and the zinc coating at least 86 microns.
But to design the practical poles for customers use, normally we
need customer to provide us some parameter, like as the followings
:
- Pole top design load
- Where is the position of the load, the distance from the top
- The wind Speed
- How will the wire distribute
- Pole type with Burial Type or Base Plate type
- The connections mode, use slip joint or flange
- and others can be furthermore discussed when needed.

Shafts are made of steel sheet that folded into required shape and
welded longitudinally by automatic arc welding machine

dimension as per customers requirement
5. Base plate: Base plate is square or round and size as customers'
requirement
6. Base plate mounted: Base plate is square or round in shape with
slotted holes for anchor bolt and dimension as per customers
requirement
7. Ground mounted: The length buried underground as per customers
requirement
8. Anticorrosion methods: Hot dip galvanized steel or hot dip
galvanized with Plastic Powder Coating.
9. Shape: Round conical; Octagonal conical; Straight Square;
Polygonal; Tapered roundGalvanizing: Hot dip galvanization with
thickness of 80-100μm average
10. Powder coating: Pure polyester powder painting, color is
optional
11. Other features: Short construction cycle, less land occupation,
