Material Control:

1. From the procurement of raw materials,requiring the suppliers to carry out random testing to ensure the quality of materials.

2. For ensuring high quality of product , we use the Q235B cold rolled steel of shanghai baosteel,which is one of the biggest steel company of China, and the surface of rack will be coated of corrosion resistance powder to ensure the long life span.

3. In the bulk of orders,first sample test must be test for fully qualified before batch production.

4. Our partners will strictly inspect every process in their jurisdiction.
