The high-speed roll forming machine is the new type line which is produced by our company. The complete machine adopts the cold forming, cold punching, industrial controlling system and precision machining technology, therefore it can run full automatically, including decoilling, forming, cutting to length and stacking. The highest speed can reach to 60m/min.

We can design and manufacture machines for forming different profiles according to customers’ requirement.

Technics flow

Decoiling → feeding the steel sheet → flat sheet cutting → side guiding → add lubrication

→ roll forming → cut to length → products stacking → move out products lengthwayst

Main technical features

1. Adopt independence guide post supporting wall plate and inside transmission chain, the rollers are treated with ionitriding and polishing.
2. Setup the sheet pre-cutting equipment to avoid waste of raw material.
3. Procedure control and encoder measuring the length, it will automatically to length.
4. Adopt procedure control stacher which will automatically stack, take count and move out the procducts.
