More than 25 workers, including IQC, IPQC, QE,FQC, and OQC.

Got ISO9001 quality system certification

Mostly products got CE,FCC, RoSH and UL certificated.

 

For example , how we control the quality of the locks

 

 1.  Incoming material test and inspection

 2.  Lock handle and mechanical mortise test.

 3.  Production surface finishing test and check.

 4.  Finished products test before packing.

 5.  Fininal Inspection before storage

 6.  Double check before shipment
