Q1: Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, we would like to send you sample for test and quality check if customer pay for the delivery charge.

Q2: What about the lead time?

A: sample needs 2-7 days, mass production time needs 45-60 days.

Q3: Do you have any MOQ limit?

A: MOQ are about 1 pcs per model. If need OEM service including logo printing,

packing box and manual customized, the MOQ are 500 pcs per model.

Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: MOQ order usually will be delivered by air, and it will take about 1-7days.

If order quantity are more than 500 pcs, we suggest to send goods by sea, it will take about 25-45 days.

Q5: How to deal with the faulty?

A: we provide 1 year warranty. During the guarantee period, once confirm the quality problem,

we will deliver new thermostats to replace the defective thermostats or will deliver them in next order according to real situation.
