Quality

Quality control is highly valued in YMD. After years’ hard work, we have build a series measure to ensure the

 product quality.

 

1 . Supplier chain management. Before purchase raw material, our purchase dept will have a quality 

evaluation. After raw material arrive our factory, our QC dept will check again and take off defective material. 

Production processing, any flawed items will not be packed.  

 

2 . Trace ability report. After finished production, we would record the product name , batch number, weight 

and inspection results. When quality problem happened, through the products’ batch number, we can trace 

the corresponding COAs which indicated that the products were qualified, and make it is easy to keep the 

quality of the product.

 

3 . Spot checking for the packaged product. After the warehouse packaging the products, the QC department 

would sample and inspect the quality, then they would record it when the products’ quality is up the standard, 

otherwise, they feedback the related departments to provide a solution.

 

4 . Corrective and Preventive management. Once sales receive the customer complain and get the problem, 

they would record and feedback to our QC department, then the related person would analyze the problem 

and record the reason, provide solution etc.
