Q1. How Much Hair Extension Do I Need?

A1 : For average head size, here is my suggestion:
12"-14": 2 bundles
16"-22": 3 bundles
24"-28": 3 bundles or more

Q2. What type of hair care products should I use?

A2 : Treat this hair extension just as if it was your own hair.
1, Use good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It's important to keep the 

    hair soft and shiny.
2, You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.
3, Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.

Q3: Can they be straightened, curled ?

A3: Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the Brazilian virgin hair . However, 

      don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

Q4: Can I dye/color the hair Extension ?

A4: Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the 

      hair. 

      We recommend to dye darker, since it is difficult for the original color to fade. Human virgin hair 

      extension in competitive price.

      Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the human 

      hair extension.

      Coloring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a 

      salon, please always use a good quality products and test a small sample first.

Q5. How can I order one more bundle? 

A. You could place an order first, do not pay, leave a msg about what extra length you need,

    contact the seller to adjust the order amount so you could pay.

Q6. How long is the processing for the shipment time?

A: There will be a 24-hour payment verifying time by aliexpress, we will ship the goods within 24

    hours after the verifying time, shipment will take 3-5 days.

Q7. Why my order is frozen? What can I do? 
A: It is payment security problem, please check with your bank.

Q8. Is there any Customs tax? 
A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in

    different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax

    which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a msg when

    placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.

Q9. What is your Returns/Exchange policy? 
A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging

    with all labels still attached. Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.
