FAQ:

Q1: What does IP68 mean?
A1: IP68 is an Ingress Protection (IP) rating. The "6" indicates the highest level of protection against dust, ensuring no dust can enter the device. The "8" signifies the highest level of water resistance, allowing the device to be submerged in water up to a certain depth without damage.

Q2: How does fingerprint recognition work?
A2: Fingerprint recognition captures unique patterns and ridges on an individual's fingertip. These patterns are converted into a digital template for authentication. When a person places their finger on the sensor, the system compares the captured fingerprint with the stored templates to grant or deny access.

Q3: Where can IP68 Waterproof Fingerprint Access Control be used?
A3: This access control system is suitable for various environments, particularly those exposed to water or dust. Examples include outdoor installations, swimming pools, factories, construction sites, or marine environments.

Q4: Can it withstand heavy rain or temporary submersion?
A4: Yes, the IP68 rating ensures the device can withstand heavy rain, splashes, and temporary submersion in water without being damaged.
