Common problem
| Analysis | Solution |
When motor running, the boom does not work. | 1. the key-pin of main shaft of motor drops
2.bending-arm of mechanism part breaks-down
| 1. open the motor and refix the key-pin
2. dismount the mechanism part and replace the bending-arm |
The arm vibrates during moving-down or reaching its horizontal
position | 1. Non-balance caused by weak spring tension;
2. Arm’s screws are loose;
3. The case is not fixed well. |
1. replace the spring according to the Matching table of starndard
spring or change hanging-hole’s position; or adjust the connection
screw-rod of the spring to correct position;
2. fasten arm’s screws;
3. fasten the botls of the case;

The arm stops during movement. | 1.wrong adjustment of limit switches
2.too much spring tension |
1.check the connection of limit switches and correct;

2.replace the spring or change hanging-hole’s position;

Anti-collision fails | ground sensor or IR wire damages or wrong connection
|
Replace ground sensor or Irparts, correct the connection carefully
according to the drawing;

The arm could not reach right position.
| Wrong adjustment of limit switches |
place the arm in horizontal orveritical position, adjust the
photo-barrierto the middle of photoelectric switches till lightis
on. Red light for reaching horizontal position; green light is for
reaching vertical position;
