stainless steel or Copper sheath materials and also there is huge

heating coil construction. 1) This cartridge heater features a heating coil wrapped
around a specially-selected ceramic core which is located close to
the walls of the heater pipe. 2) Its circumference is lined with extremely pure MgO (magnesia)
for insulation, which is exceptional for its thermal conduction and
insulation resistance at high temperatures. 3) The inside of the heater is structured to be perfectly
compressed, so that heat from the heating coil efficiently travels
outwards. This keeps the temperature difference to a minimum
between the inside of the heater and the heater surface. 4)The heater can handle extremely high temperatures up to 1830ºF
(1000ºC). The maximum watt density is 500 W/in2 (80 W/cm2). 5)This heater boasts a world-class insulation level of 1000 MΩ (at
