paper bowl making machine is developed on the basis of absorbing the advanced technology from home and abroad.

It is an automatic multi-working-station machine with photosensor detecting, failure alarming and counting.

This machine adopt ultrasonic system to seal the cup-side body, so it is suitable for making big size paper bowl, such as soup bowl, fast noodle bowl etc. The procedure as following: Automatic paper feeding, sealing, silicon-oil lubricating, bottom punching, two-step bottom heating, knurling, curling and bowl discharging.

1. We use two Gear Box (one is 150 type and another one 80 type)
2. We using φ30 import steel shaft for the machine
3. We using 3 Cam to control the folding process.
4. We using two times paper feeding process.

The parts we used VS normal one

1) The Gear Box we use is 150 type, Normal one is 125 type.

150 type is much bigger and stronger than 125 type.

2) We use two Gear Box (one is 150 type and another one 80 type), normally one gear box is used in the paper bowl machine.

However one gear box is not stable as two. We use two, so it will not easily move after it is used for a long time.

3) We add one more oil storage for lubrication the paper fan, easy forming in the machine. Normally not have this design.
