1. If there is a deficiency, please email or call us on the reasons, it would be best if this can be dealt with by email or telephone. Because some  the problems are caused by  using the machine in  wrong way.

our company for repair by ordinary post, or we could resend a new one to our client. If  the cost of posting the problematic device back to us is more than the value of a new  device, we would take it into consideration, according to the actual status; apply to re-send a completely new device back to our client.

2. We suggest the client to take photos of the area where the problem occurs, we will  pass them to our technician , our technician will give a satisfactory answer within       1-7 working days

3. If the problem comes from the spare part, we could consider in changing the spare  part for our client, which could be sent with his/her next order. If the next order is  uncertain, we could pay freight cost to send the spare parts.

4. If the problem comes from the main device, we could advice our client to post the  device back to our company for repair by ordinary post,or we send a new one to our client. If the cost of posting the problematic device back to us is more than the value of a new device, we would take it into consideration, according to  the actual status; apply to re-send a completely new device back to our client.

5. Please make sure, if  send the inferior one to us by air any advanced notice, we will not pay relevant air freight and custom order 

6. CE certificate can gurantee the machine quality.

7. User manual or operating video will instruct  how to use the machine.

8. Proper packing is suitable for long way transportation.

1. It is the first time to buy your product, how can I trust you?
It is a good question; most of customers maybe worry about it for the first time cooperation.

2. What is the MOQ?
The MOQ is 1 unit. You can order one unit of our machine to test its quality at firsttime, and then order more. Of course, if your order is large, we will offer you some discount.

3. Do you accept OEM service?
Sure, we can do OEM and ODM cooperation. But the quantity of the order should be more than 5 units for big machines,( or 10 units of portable machines)

4. How can I operate the machine?
Most of our machines are color touch screen, some ones are key-press control. All of them are very easy to operate. We will send the User Manual with the machine to you, and if it is first time to operate the machine, we will make a video for you. At last, when you get the machine, you can contact with us any time any way if you have any difficult to operate.

5. What is the payment method?
We accept T/T bank transfer; Western Union; Paypal

6. What is the delivery time?
Usually we will send the machine 3 to 7 days after payment, if the order is large or do OEM cooperation, it will cost about 5 to 20 days according the quantity.

7. How about the shipping?

Note: Shipping by DHL, TNT,UPS, FEDEX, Shipping by Air express to airport usually cost 3 to 7 working days to arrive; Shipping by EMS usually cost 7 to 20 days; Shipping by sea usually cost 10 to 25 days.
