Wax Warmer wax heater is used to heat up the wax / depilatory wax for hair removal.
This single wax warmer comes with two pot, with handles and it has temperature settings, 30-80 degrees celsius adjutable.

Operations

1. Before use, make sure skin is absolutely clean.
2. Insert the wax into the wax machine
3. Plug the wax machine into the main machine, connect the main power and turn on the power
4. Heat the wax for about 20-30min, then begin to use
5. Move the products to the direction that the hair grows, and cover the area of 15-18 square centimeters,make sure suitable the temperature of wax treatment, if the wax is too hot, wait for
a while then to begin the operation, or place the wax on the hair-removal paper for use
6. Use the paper band on the treatment area, use hand to press down the hair prows
7. Tear off the hair-removal paper to the reverse direction that the hair grows
8. After hair removal, use the cleanser for hair-removal to clean
9. After cleaning, use the moisture without fragrance to do massage

4. If the problem comes from the main device, we could advice our client to post the  device back to our company for repair by ordinary post,or we send a new one to our client. If the cost of posting the problematic device back to us is more than the value of a new device, we would take it into consideration, according to  the actual status; apply to re-send a completely new device back to our client.

5. Please make sure, if  send the inferior one to us by air any advanced notice, we will not pay relevant air freight and custom order

Sure, we can do OEM and ODM cooperation. But the quantity of the order should be more than 5 units for big machines,( or 10 units of portable machines)

4. How can I operate the machine?
Most of our machines are color touch screen, some ones are key-press control. All of them are very easy to operate. We will send the User Manual with the machine to you, and if it is first time to operate the machine, we will make a video for you. At last, when you get the machine, you can contact with us any time any way if you have any difficult to operate.

5. What is the payment method?

6. What is the delivery time?
Usually we will send the machine 3 to 7 days after payment, if the order is large or do OEM cooperation, it will cost about 5 to 20 days according the quantity.
