Quality control maily finished by our QC team, but all of ZHONGDA people are paying big attention on the quality .

 

1.Supplier Audit: Purchase team & QC team will do the supplier Audit

 

2. Raw Material checking : ware house department will check the new materials quality when receiving ,and QC team recheck ,to ensure materials qualified before production

 

3. Key processing checking: In each key processing,the production team and QC team will check quality .

 

4. Finished products testing: Package team &QC will check quality.

 

5. QC spot checking: QC will check the quality from mass goods random.

 

6. Quality checking before shipping: Warehouse &QC team will do this ,and take action.

 

7. After shiping quality chekcing: Sales team and service team Will good coomunication with logistic partner to protect goods safty and no damage .and to check the shipping status ,and update to customer

 

8. Goods received quality chekcing: Service team or sales team Confirm with customer,regarding the quantity when goods received.

 

9. Third party certification if needed.
