We are a professional supplier & exporter of prefab polyurethane insulation panels for modular cold rooms and walk-in freezers in China. A variety of sizes cold room panels are available. The joint design of the modular cold room panel is made with tongue and groove edges and are locked together with cam lock design fasteners prefabricated in the sandwich panel. Easy to assemble and dismantle with a hex wrench.  Different dimensions can be customized which makes it quite flexible for constructing different sizes of walk-in cold store plant and refrigerated machinery warehouse. All the panels are injected with 100% high density polyurethane foaming material with an average density of 40kg/m3 firmly glued to the metal surfaces (optional prepainted cold rolled steel sheet, embossed aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet) for perfect sealing of refrigerated warehouse & walk-in cold rooms.

External skin thickness: Standard 0.40 – Max: 0.80 mm
Internal skin thickness: Standard 0.40 – Max: 0.80 mm
Other thicknesses can be supplied subject to discussion with us.
The steel used for the skin of the panels conforms to EN 10143. Hot-dip galvanized with 100(standard), 200, 225 or 275 g/m2 of zinc options.

Desirable Temperature for different usages
-5 °C ~ + 5 °C: Pre-Cooling, Keep Fresh,
-10 °C ~ -25 °C: Freezer Storage
-25 °C ~ -40 °C: Low Temperature Storage, Quick-Freeze
-35 °C ~ -50 °C: Blast Freezer, Quick-Freezer
