Connection Process of Stub End and Flange:

• The stub end is welded to a pipe. This creates a reliable mechanical connection.
• A flange is then bolted to the stub end. A gasket is placed between the flange and stub end to ensure a tight seal.
• Bolting the flange down applies pressure, compressing the gasket and forming a leak-proof joint.
