ASTM A192 ASME SA192 High Pressure Service Square Heat Exchanger
Fin Tube ASTM A192 Finned Tube serves as a crucial heat exchange component. To
enhance heat transfer efficiency, fins are commonly added to the
surface of ASTM A192 seamless heat exchange tubes to increase the
outer (or inner) surface area of the tubes, thereby improving heat
exchange efficiency. ASTM A192 specifies minimum-wall-thickness, seamless carbon steel
boiler tubes and superheater tubes for high-pressure applications.
Typically, ASTM A192 high-pressure seamless boiler tubes come in
sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 7 inches [12.7 to 177.8 mm] in
outside diameter and 0.085 to 1.00 inch [2.2 to 25.4 mm] in minimum
wall thickness. Tubes with other dimensions may be supplied as long
as they meet all other requirements of this specification. ASTM A192 Seamless Steel Tubes are utilized as
minimum-wall-thickness, seamless carbon steel boiler and
superheater tubes for high-pressure services. AGICO provides ASTM
A192 steel tubes in hot rolled and cold drawn delivery states. They
are commonly used in high-pressure boilers (with a working pressure
not exceeding 9.8 MPa and working temperatures between 450°C and
650°C), serving as heating surface tubes, headers, economizers,
