DIN 17660 CuZn20Al2 Copper Alloy Seamless Tube Condenser Heat Exchanger

 

CuZn20 ordinary brass has high strength, good plasticity, and high corrosion resistance, and is used for thin-walled pipes, corrugated pipes, paper mesh, and building materials. Tensile strength σ B (MPa): ≥ 265, Hot working temperature 820~870 ℃; Annealing temperature: 600-700 ℃; The low-temperature annealing temperature for relieving internal stress is 260 ℃.

Represents the best option for any heat exchanger which is involved with saline water. The addition of arsenic has solved the problem of dezincification.
