ASTM A335 Grade P22 Alloy Steel Seamless Tube For Boiler and Superheaters
A335 P22 alloy steel pipe, made of 2.25Cr-1Mo chromium molybdenum high-temperature ferrite steel for boilers and superheaters, is a high-temperature and high-pressure pipeline material for power plants.
The chemical composition and properties of T22 and P22 alloy steel pipes are similar. T22 is used for the heating surface of boilers, in direct contact with flue gas. Seamless steel pipes are used for connecting pipes T/P22, which is equivalent to German 10CrMo910. T22 belongs to ASTM SA213 seamless ferrite and austenitic alloy steel pipes (tubes) for boilers, superheaters, and heat exchangers, and P22 belongs to ASTM SA335 seamless ferrite alloy steel pipes for high-temperature use.
