Description

304H is 304 heat resistant steel
Carbon content 0.04-0.1%; Ni: 8-11; other nominal contents are the same as 304. 304H stainless steel pipe has good bending and welding process performance, corrosion resistance, high lasting strength and structural stability, and very good cold deformation ability. The operating temperature is up to 650°C, and the anti-oxidation temperature is up to 850°C. Application: It is used in the manufacture of superheater tubes, reheater tubes, steam pipes and petrochemical heat exchange tubes for large generator set boilers. The allowable anti-oxidation temperature for boiler tubes is 705°C

ASTM A312 Gr Tp304h is a high carbon version of the Tp304 material. It is an austenitic stainless steel stabilized with titanium for better strength and corrosion resistance. ASTM A312 Tp 304h material also contains small amounts of molybdenum, nitrogen, niobium and other elements. The main components of ASTM A312 304h are carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and chromium. Our A312 304h products come in different types, shapes and sizes. We manufacture A312 Tp304h pipe for high toughness high temperature service. Due to the high carbon content, the SA312 Tp304h material has high abrasion and tear resistance.
