Brief information1

-- Multifunctional leveling agent HT-100 is use for rapid dyeing of disperse dye which the fabric make of polyester fiber and polyester blending. Strong affinity with dye and has better prevent dye aggregation effect that can improve dyes diffusibility. The chemical structure of high esterification degree can improve the dissolving capacity and prevent dyes agglutination. Structure reaches the hydrophobic group and water balance that can apply to retarding performance Excellent leveling and achromatic performance to sensitive color of bright blue, turquoise blue and rose red.

Properties and fields of application

-- With a moderate retarding and superior color-moving effect

-- With special anionic interfacial agent which had imported new pro-oil base with high dye affinity that has excellent solubility and prevent dyes agglutination in dyeing at high temperature and pressure.

-- With outstanding dispersion and leveling effect in dyeing of high density and filamentary silk.

-- Extremely low foamability that can solve the problem cause by foam.

-- High dyeing rate can save the dyes dosage, the rest water after dyeing can reduce the burden of sewage treatment.

Application

High concentration:  0.2-0.5g/L

Diluted 5-10 times:    0.8-2.0g/L

Packing and storage

-- Packing:      125kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage:      Keep it under seal in cool and dry place, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
