Brief information

-- An organic silicone emulsion made from imported organic silicon with excellent stability.

-- Excellent smoothness and fluffy effect that can sharply lower fibre friction coefficient.

-- Individual use or mix use with cationic/nonionic softeners.

-- Appearance:              milk white emulsion

-- Solubility:                  easily soluble in cold water

Properties and fields of application

-- Mainly for garment washing, Cashmere sweater, mercerized wool, 3/7 blending wool.

-- Confers smooth, fluffy, soft hand feelings and bright shades after treating.

-- Good wetting and adhesion with durable washing resistance.

-- Lowest yellowing of fabric after treating..

Application

-- Dipping:                           4-8% (O.W.F), 40-45℃ × 30min

Diluted method: Firstly: please add one-tenth water to high concentration smoothing agent by stirring uniformly. Secondly: repeating the first step until dilute 3-5 times, you can add the water quickly.

Notice:

-- Doesn’t use with water with CaCO₃ content over 100 PPM, pH over 7.5 or other impurities.

-- Avoiding storage and use at high temperature.

-- Avoids impurity pollution from residual alkali, inorganic salt or detergents in fabrics.

-- Long time storage may have air-blowing.

Packing and storage

-- Packing:      125kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage:      Keep it under seal in cool and dry place, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
