Brief information

HT-XCY is the updated version of hot sale high concentrated oil removal 1123G. Environmental compound of various of super emulators which has excellent effect on the stains and oil of fiber and cotton fabric.

--Various surfactant compounds.

General properties

-- Appearance: colorless liquid

--Ionicity: anion/nonionic

-- Stability: resist to weak acid，alkali, hard water and electrolyte

--Solubility: easily soluble in water

--Excellent effect on the stains and oil of fiber and cotton fabric

--Outstanding effect on emulsification, dispersibility and dissolution to starching oil.

--It can make oil stain dispersing and emulsifying in the water and avoid re-staining to fabric.

--Obviously solve the problem of emulsification, dispersibility and re-staining.

Application

High concentrated product and can be diluted 4-6 times or based on customer requirement.

Notice: High concentrated product will have stratified appearance, suggest to mix up before use or diluted the whole barrel.

Dyes, oil: 1-3 g/L

Stain: 3-6 g/L

NaOH: 1-2 g/L

Temperature: 95-98℃

Bath radio: 1:10-15

Packing and storage

-- Packing: 125kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage: Keep it under seal in cool and dry place.,6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
