Brief information

-- Silicone softener for lint HT-3289C owns the newest modified organic silicone structure which combined with double modified functional group that can give the fabrics smooth and full hand feeling.

-- Mainly used for soft and fluffy finishing of lint fabrics and also suitable for hand feeling finishing of polyester and chinlon.

-- Compared with the general amino modified silicone softener, it can give the better smoothness and fluffiness.

General properties

-- Appearance: light transparent liquid

--Solubility: easy soluble in water

-- Ionicity: weakly cationic

--pH: 6-8(1% solution in 20 degree centigrade)

Properties and fields of application

-- Outstanding soft and fluffy effect on lint fabric, such as micro velvet, flannel, coral fleece. Also has good soft and fluffy effect on artificial fiber such as polyester, nylon, acrylic and staple fiber.

-- The emulsifying characteristics can be ensured the stability of the dilution.

-- Low yellowing, special for white or light color fabric.

Application

--Padding:

HT-3289C: 10-50g/L

Preliminary drying: 120 degree centigrade

Shaping: 150-180 degree centigrade

Specific process should be adjusted by testing, dosage based on standard concentration.

Dilution method

High concentration product should be diluted before use. This product is hard to dilute, please follow dilution rate, silicone oil: water=1:8-10. Add the silicone oil first and then stirring with water (water dosage: 10% of silicone oil) until the status is watery not viscosity. After that, adding the rest of water in can get blue light transparent liquid. Filtration must before use.

Packing and storage

-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
