-- Polyester silicone softener for dyes vat HT-463 owns the newest modified organic silicone structure which combined with double modified functional group that can give the fabrics smooth and full hand feeling.

-- Mainly used for soft and fluffy finishing of polyester fabrics and suitable for special hand feeling of cotton.

-- Compared with the general amino modified silicone softener, it can give the better smoothness.

General properties

-- Appearance: light transparent liquid

--Solubility: easy soluble in water

-- Ionicity: weakly cationic

--pH: 6-8(1% solution in 20 degree centigrade)

Properties and fields of application

-- Outstanding soft and fluffy effect on polyester fabric and also suitable for cotton and wool after compounding other silicon oil.

-- The emulsifying characteristics can be ensured the stability of the dilution.

-- High temperature resistant which used in high temperature vat at 95 degree centigrade with good stability and solved problem of roll bonding thoroughly.

-- Low yellowing, special for white or light color fabric.

Application

-- Dipping:

HT-463: 2-5 % (O.W.F)

Temperature & time: 30-50 degree centigrade ×20-30 min

Dehydration & dry: 100 degree centigrade

Specific process should be adjusted by testing.

Packing and storage

-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
