Brief information

In reactive dyeing, the Turquoise Blue, Blue, Brilliant Green and other sensitive colors easily dyed flowers. While on the market, the sequestering effect of sequestering agent was temporary to iron ion, as time goes on and temperature increase, Fe³⁺, Cu³⁺, Zn²⁺and other heavy metal ion will be released step by step .Then anthraquinon dye will easily assemble in the abduction of Fe³⁺Cu²⁺,Zn²⁺and other heavy metal ion and result to the dyeing defect. What’s more, the anhydrous sodium sulphate have Fe,³⁺Cu²⁺,Zn²⁺and other heavy metal ion, the pipeline, valve and boiler pipeline have a large amount of Fe³⁺Cu²⁺,Zn²⁺as the same .Iron ion is inescapability and disorder, while Metal ion blocking agent can block the free Fe³⁺Cu²⁺,Zn²⁺and avoid the dyeing defect.

Properties and fields of application

--Complexing the Fe³⁺Cu²⁺,Zn²⁺and other heavy metal ion which can’t release as time and temperature change in dyeing.

--Focus on Fe³⁺Cu²⁺,Zn²⁺,not highlight for calcium and magnesium ion.

--In pretreatment, blocks the heavy metal ion well and avoid hydrogen peroxide breaks up acutely which leads to holes.

--Improve whiteness and low oxygen content after bleaching.

Application

The Usage and heavy metal ion content is in directly proportion. For example, Fe³⁺Cu²⁺,Zn²⁺and other heavy metal ion content is 100ppm,metal ion blocking agent is 1g/L.

Pretreatment 0.2-0.5g/L

Dyeing 0.5-1g/L
