X10 zoom-in image allows for easily programming, plus the accuracy of point setting is enhanced. This is achieved in two ways:

First, two sliding tables provide seamless in-and-out movement to reduce tack time and improve productivity.

Second, an AUTO MARK offset system is present. Through CCD imaging, the pattern or routing is able to be checked and simulated to avert any unnecessary mistakes prior to cutting.

Moreover, there is a routing bit life time checking and alarm system which notifies the operator when 120M cutting is complete, alerting them to switch the routing bit. The first two millimetres cut the first milling point, while the middle two millimetres cut the second milling point. And the last two millimetres cut the third milling point, in order to increase the life time of the routing bit.
