The engine oil pressure sensor works by having a sliding resistance inside the oil pressure sensor. Use oil pressure to push the potentiometer of sliding resistance to move, change the current of oil pressure gauge, change the position of the pointer. The amplified pressure signal is connected to the oil pressure indiCAT-parts-partsor through the signal line, and the ratio of the current passed by the two coils inside the oil pressure indiCAT-parts-partsor is changed, so as to indiCAT-parts-partse the oil pressure of the engine.

Structure

The electronic oil pressure sensor is composed of a thick film pressure sensor chip, a signal processing circuit, a shell, a fixed circuit board device and two leads (signal line and alarm line).

The signal processing circuit consists of a power supply circuit, a sensor compensation circuit, a zeroing circuit, a voltage amplifying circuit, a current amplifying circuit, a filter circuit and an alarm circuit.

Three, the working principle

The amplified pressure signal is connected to the oil pressure indiCAT-parts-partsor through the signal line, and the ratio of the current passed by the two coils inside the oil pressure indiCAT-parts-partsor is changed, so as to indiCAT-parts-partse the oil pressure of the engine.

The pressure signal after voltage amplifiCAT-parts-partsion and current amplifiCAT-parts-partsion is compared with the alarm voltage set in the alarm circuit. When it is lower than the alarm voltage, the alarm circuit outputs the alarm signal and lights the alarm lamp through the alarm line.
