Fiber optic fault tester adopts 650nm laser diode as a light emitting device,the output power can be up to 1mw-30mw. It’s applied to single-mode or multi-mode fiber measurements.It uses 2pcs of 1.5v AA battery for power supply and FC adapter  as an output interface.HY-16 uses 3pcs of 1.5v AA battery for power supply, making up the deficiency which power supply time for traditional 2pcs battery  is short.

In the meantime, you can use SC / ST adapter and do not need to configure the conversion interface furthermore, they can optionally connect all frequently-used joint.HY-20 & HY-16 fiber optic fault testers are ideal tools to test various types of optic fiber patch cord, ribbon, bundle fiber optic pigtail and maintain a variety of fiber optic lines for you.

Notes:
1,Users can use dust cap to protect the optical output port, to avoid the output end is exposed in the air to be polluted if not used for a long time;
2,After a period of time for using visible light , the optical output port may be adhered to the dirt inside of the sleeve, resulting in a decline of the output optical power , then the user could use cotton swabs with alcohol to remove the dirt, then with a dry cotton swab to remove traces;
3,Please take out the battery to avoid battery to be affected by damp if you do not use for a long time;
4,If there have other fault, please contact our company directly.In order to avoid more serious faults ,please do not open the instrument secretly to repair.For the instrument which secretly are disassembled or assembled,we will not repair;
