Functional Module:

The equipment is designed as an integral structure, directly in front and above is the test studio, in front and below is the preheating studio, in the back and above is the pre-cooling studio, in the back and below is the refrigerating unit mechanical room, the top of the equipment is installed with room temperature impact circulation duct and blower, the right side of the equipment is the electrical control box
Refrigeration system:

1.Using French taikang compressor, and the use of American dupont environmental refrigerant (R404a), using dual low temperature loop system design.

2.Temperature and humidity control adopts P.I.D + S.S.R system to coordinate with the channel control, with the function of automatic calculation.

3.Imported controller is adopted for temperature and humidity. The relative temperature and humidity performance is set and displayed accurately. The resolution reaches 0.1℃.

Control system: with imported LCD programmable temperature controller can do the program test, can have many groups of multi-section programming operation, fixed value and program optional, time arbitrary setting function.
