Description:

WEEM premium segmented wide belt is Special design for heavy duty MDF boards’ surface sanding. We understand that segmented belt have a special requirement for the backing to sustain warp and weft cross-direction strength, a Z weight waterproof polyester backing is the best choice. We have careful choose very fine cloth backing provided both stiffness strength and tensile strength, idea for sectional belt requirement. Anti-static treatment made on backing to delay or prevent loading problem. 

Care selection of gains, only premium silicon carbide is selected. Silicon carbide is a very hard and crystal structure produces a fine straight edged grind lines. It is superior for its ability to penetrate with light cutting pressures. SiC is primarily used for grinding nonferrous materials such as brass, copper, bronze, and wood, glass, rubber and plastics. It is also used to finish polyurethanes, primers, lacquers and sealers.

And use closed coated technique bond on the backing to ensure the grinding and durable needs. A closed coat product has a higher number of abrasive cutting points per square inch and results in higher stock removal rate and longer time before the abrasive wears out. Normally results in a better finish. 

A sectional belt or segmented belt is custom make to your ordered. For panel industrial, the belt size can be 1950mm x 3200mm or 2650mm x 3200mm etc.
