The SJ75/33 PE Pipe Extrusion Line is a high-efficiency automated production system designed for manufacturing HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene), and other plastic pipes. Featuring advanced extrusion technology and an intelligent control system, this equipment is widely used in producing water supply/drainage pipes, agricultural irrigation pipes, and industrial pipelines. 2.Machine description:

1. Extrusion System

   • High-strength alloy screw and barrel for wear & corrosion resistance.

   • Multi-zone heating (5-7 zones) with ±1°C precision and air cooling.

2. Die & Calibration Unit

   • Spiral mandrel die design for smooth melt flow and pressure stability.

   • Vacuum calibration tank with precise water level/temperature control.

3. Haul-off Unit

   • Track-type haul-off with stepless speed adjustment, ensuring uniform traction.

4. Cutting Unit

   • Automatic planetary cutter for clean, burr-free cuts (adjustable length: 0.1-6m).

5. Control System

   • PLC-based automation with touchscreen interface, real-time monitoring (speed, temperature, pressure), and fault alarms.
