Description of plastic profile machine:

1.PVC wood profile extrusion line adopt SJSZ65X132 conical twin screw extruder, especial use for pvc powder+wood powder, plastication and forming.It has this fearures, such as high output, good plasticization, and low consumption etc.

2.The profile forming cooling adopt vacuum sizing, circulating water system, vacuum pipe and cooling water pipe are connected by copper wire.

3.Profile traction adopts up and down flat block traction track mechanism, and can increase the different traction glue block to meet the traction of the profile, will not extrude the sheet material, so that the product deformation.

4.The crawler lift is controlled by cylinder, with the function of adjustable pressure, so as to control the contact area and pressure of the crawler to the plate and profile.Cutting machine adopts lifting cutting machine, synchronous control with the host extrusion, with accurate cutting.
