Description of pvc board machine:
1. Hot-cooling mixer,
capacity 500-700KG/H, driven by 75KW motor adjust by ABB inverter.
self friction & electric heating for hot mixer, water cooling for the cooling mixer.
tank wall made by 8mm thickness stainless steel.
2. Conical double screw extruder with screw loader
The conical double screw extruder equipped with parallel twin screw feeder, which can avoid the PVC powder material block.
Screw feeder equipped with the limit switch, which used to guarantee the material loading equal and continuously. or equip with vacuum loader, which can help solve the PVC powder dust problem for the client.

Making 5-25mm thickness free foam board, just need 80/156 conical double screw extruder,
Making 25-45mm thickness free foam board, need 92/188 conical twin-screw extruder
Making 5-25mm thickness skinning foam board, need 80/156 extruder + 65/132 extruder
Making 25-45mm thickness skinning foam board, need 92/188 extruder + 80/156 extruder
3. Extrusion and forming mold + calibration table + cooling bridge
The extruder die adopts T type design, board thickness adjustable, 5-25mm thickness board just one set T-die, 25-45mm thickness foam board need another set T-die.
Forming die(sizing die) up and down move by hydraulic, cooling by water, cycling cooling water.
4. Eight-roller haul-off
Eight group rubber hauling roller, driven by the 5.5KW motor, guarantee enough powder for foam board processing.
Front of haul-off add a small device can give protect film laminated on the board.
Behind the haul-off, equipped 4 cutting saw, up two is fixed to cutting the not good side of the foam board, center distance 4'. Down two cutter moveable, used to division the foam board to small wide when required, like 2' + 2'.
5. Cutter
Used to cut the board into wanted length, usually 8'.
