The material go through transmission system, melting system, cooling system, cutting system and collect system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse.

We also provide plastic crushing washing recycling line to get clean dry flakes from dirty waste material.

We can also customize the pelletizing line according to client's material and product requirement.

2. This machine is composed of frame, motor, assistant drive plate, blade, screener, feeding room and so on.
When the material going to the crushing room, the eight moving knives and four fixed knives cutting the
material at the same time till the material size can through the screener, the big material would be cut
again and again till the size is ok.
