1. PVC pipe making machine is equipped with conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder, adopt Optimized spider die with chrome-plating, ensure the melt plasticization homogenous and distribution uniform.

2. Equipped Stainless steel Vacuum calibration sleeve with water lubrication ring, twin-chamber vacuum tank with spraying cooling and semicircular Nylon support, to ensure fast calibration, increase the production capacity and lower the operation. Description:
 
1. Produce process

PVC powder + additive →mixing →spring feeding →twin screw extruder →mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine →haul off machine →cutting machine →stacker

Customer mix the raw material (PVC powder, Caco3, Ti2 and so on additives ) into extruder, after plastify in extruder, material went into mould, the mould and vacuum tank form the material into pipes, after cooling tank, haul-off and cutter, PVC pipes are produced well on stacker.

 
2. This Pipe Extruding Machine can be used to produce auto brake oil tube, fuel carrier tube and some other thin wall thickness pneumatic pipes. It includes main extruder, extruding die and calibration system, haul off unit, and auto winder.
